Alex Mitchell is a British statistician. Mitchell co-authored two reports for the York Reviews, a series of reviews of trans healthcare for minors as part of the 2024 Cass Review. The Cass Review was created as a pretext for restricting or banning transgender healthcare for minors.
Background
Alex Mitchell was born in 1994 and graduated from Thomas Rotherham College in 2012. Mitchell earned master’s degrees from King’s College London in 2016 and from University of Sheffield in 2017. In 2017, Mitchell began working as a statistician in the York Trials Unit at University of York.
