Natasha Totino is a Canadian marketer and anti-transgender activist.

Background

Natasha Totino attended Dawson College from 2001 to 2003. Totino has handled marketing and communications duties for PROJET CONTRE LA LOI C-51, #Flushgate, Ken O’Keefe’s Farewell Tour, Droits Fondamentaux Quebec, #OùEstLaSûreté, I am Heshima, LNT Capital, and Impact League. In 2017, Totino served as an account manager for Ensuite Media, and in 2019, Totino founded TL;DR Consultation.

Totino uses online handles that are variants of “Nat La Pirate.”

Anti-trans activism

In 2023, Totino was named president of The Red Tent Collective, which produces anti-trans podcasts and other media.

On March 7, 2026, anti-trans group Canadian Women’s Sex-Based Rights (caWsbar) held an event titled Reality Based Women Unite in Montreal. The event featured Linda Blade, “Genevieve Gluck,” Alexandra Houle, Heather Mason, Anna Slatz, and Natasha Totino.
