Kallie Fell is an American nurse and anti-transgender activist. Fell is associated with the Center for Bioethics and Culture Network.

Fell co-authored the 2024 anti-trans book The Detransition Diaries with Jennifer Lahl.

Fell earned a master’s degree from Purdue University.

After meeting Jennifer Lahl at a conference, Fell began volunteering with CBC. Fell joined the organization in 2018 as a volunteer writer, then became a staff research associate, and subsequently rose to the position of Executive Director.
