January Littlejohn is an American anti-transgender activist.
Littlejohn is an unaccepting parent of a gender-diverse child and is involved with anti-trans organization Do No Harm. Littlejohn is one of several “parental rights” activists who appear in public holding or wearing anti-transgender signs, including “Billboard Chris” and “Sidewalk Steve.”

Littlejohn and spouse Jeffrey Michael “Jeff” Littlejohn (born 1971) have three children.
Jeffrey also goes by Jeffrey M. Scott. Jeffrey served in the US Navy before moving into civilian engineering. Jeffrey served as deputy secretary for regulatory programs Florida Department of Environmental Protection during Rick Scott’s administration, raising questions about the family’s connection to lobbyists at a time when environmental protection was being weakened.
The couple is based in Tallahassee, Florida. Both are registered Republicans. They have operated several Florida businesses.

Anti-transgender activism
Littlejohn’s teenage child came out as trans in 2020. In response, the Littlejohns hired a non-affirming therapist and “were not affirming at home.” The teen’s school created a Transgender/Gender Nonconforming Support Plan and presented it to Littlejohn, who states:
“This is why we made the difficult decision to file a federal lawsuit against the Leon County School District in October of 2021. In December of 2022, the judge granted Leon County’s School District’s motion to dismiss our case.”
Littlejohn retained anti-trans lawyer Vernadette Broyles of the Child and Parental Rights Campaign for a federal appeal.
In 2023 Littlejohn announced a plan to post on social media about parental rights by displaying anti-trans slogans on signs in public.
