Radomir Thomas Tylecote was born in March 1982. Tylecote earned a bachelor’s degree from UCL in 2024, a master’s degree from University of Cambridge in 2008, and a doctorate from Imperial Business School in 2014.

Anti-trans activism

In 2019, Tylecote co-founded the Free Speech Union with a group of anti-trans activists, including Nigel Biggar, Inaya Folarin Iman, Douglas Murray, Ian Rons, and Toby Young.

Of particular interest to Tylecote are “non-crime hate incidents,” which incidents motivated by hostility or prejudice toward certain protected characteristics but which do not meet the legal threshold of a criminal offence. This includes trans and gender diverse people as well as sexual minorities. Tylecote considers the category to be “Orwellian.”
