The Integrated Psychology Clinic (IPC) is a British clinic founded by anti-trans activists Anna Hutchinson and Netali Levi.
Trans and gender diverse people should avoid this clinic. If you are a minor forced to go to this clinic, try to find a supportive resource like GenderGP.
Background
Anna Hutchinson and Netali Riddell Levi operate The Integrated Psychology Clinic, the trading name for Netali Hutchinson LLP.
Hutchinson was a founding member of the International Association of Therapists for Desisters and Detransitioners (IATDD), an anti-transgender front group.
Anti-trans activism
IPC is closely associated with Explore Consultation, an anti-trans group promoting “gender exploratory therapy,” a euphemism for anti-trans conversion therapy. Members listed on a flyer were Anna Hutchinson, Tilly Langton, Anastassis Spiliadis, Anna Churcher Clarke, and Natasha Prescott.
TACC reported that on July 31, 2024, Wes Streeting, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care of the United Kingdom, held a meeting with anti-trans groups Genspect, Bayswater Support Group, CAN-SG, Integrated Psychology Clinic, LGB Alliance, and Transgender Trend “to discuss gender policy issues.”
In 2025, Hutchinson coined a new term for anti-trans conversion therapy: “Cass informed psychotherapy.” Their page on gender reflects these views:
Based on Dr Cass’s recommendations and our many years of clinical experience in both the NHS and private practice we offer an open and thoughtful therapeutic space for children and adolescents to explore gender related distress and to consider how best to manage it. We aim to work collaboratively to understand young people’s feelings, considering a range of factors and influences that may be impacting on their development, comfort in their bodies, and/or their experience of sex and gender roles.
As part of our assessment, we always meet with parents first. Many parents appreciate receiving support for themselves to allow them to explore how best to help their child. We sometimes work with the whole family to consider how we might reduce conflict, improve communication, and build resilience.
