Jordan Campbell is an American lawyer and anti-transgender activist. Campbell was a founding principal in Campbell Miller Payne, a law firm created to take lawsuits on behalf of ex-transgender activists.
Campbell left the firm in 2025 to work under the Trump Administration as Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Consumer Protection at the Department of Justice.
Background
Jordan Christian Campbell was born in October of 1985. Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University in 2008 and a law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2013.
Campbell was an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2013 to 2021, then a Partner at Fox Brown from 2021 to 2023.
Anti-transgender activism
Campbell cofounded Campbell Payne Miller in 2023.
In the first year of operation, Campbell Miller Payne received inquiries from about 60 people and moved forward with about a dozen cases.
In July 2025, Campbell was a speaker at the 2025 US Federal Trade Commission anti-trans workshop.
