In 2024, Lyrad Riley represented the group while testifying in support of Colorado HCR24-1005, a proposed “Parents’ Bill of Rights” amendment to the Colorado Constitution

In 2025, Our Duty USA and Colorado Principled Physicians submitted an amicus curiae brief the the US Supreme Court in support of petitioners in Foote v. Ludlow School Committee.

In 2025, Colorado Principled Physicians was listed as a signatory on a citizen petition submitted to the US Food and Drug Administration, seeking to restrict or ban off-label use of feminizing hormones. Morrell also signed individually.
