Save Women’s Sport Australasia is an anti-trans website focused on Australia and New Zealand. They object to transgender athletes competing in sex-segregated competitive sports.
Background
In 2020, Sport NZ engaged an external consultancy firm to create “Guiding Principles for Transgender Participation in Sport.” Save Women’s Sport was created in response to its trans-inclusive recommendations.
Save Women’s Sport Australasia was co-founded by Katherine Deves, and the Australian and New Zealand projects merged.
