‘Journal of Human Sexuality’ vs. transgender people
The Journal of Human Sexuality is a “peer reviewed” series of papers self-published by conversion therapy group Alliance for Therapeutic Choice and Scientific Integrity (formerly The National Association for Research and Therapy of Homosexuality (NARTH).
The publication has reviewed a number of anti-trans books, published a number of statements and responses, and promoted anti-trans conversion therapy, also called gender identity change efforts (GICE).
Background
The publication launched in 2009 and is published about once a year.
